Bristol Grammar School is seeking a full-time Admissions Officer to join the Admissions and Marketing Team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an able and enthusiastic person to join the team in a busy and successful Admissions department which is integral to school life. This new full-time role is varied and fast-paced, be it providing families with exceptional customer service, planning key admissions events, or adding that personal touch to each application into our popular 6th Form.
Good customer service skills are key as you’ll become a first point of contact for many families as well as arranging visits, tours and entrance exams. You’ll be personable and approachable, liaising with staff, parents and schools across Bristol.
With an excellent eye for detail, you’ll ensure databases and systems are accurate and up to date, entering new pupil details onto SIMS (the Schools software database) Using your strong knowledge of One Drive, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office program to deliver timely communications and prepare reports outlining a statistical analysis of patterns in applications and inquiries for the senior management team to review.
