Marketing and Content Creation Executive

St Mary’s School, Cambridge is an independent day and boarding school for girls aged 3 to 18.

St Mary’s is seeking a talented, enthusiastic individual who can write high-quality content, seek out news stories and build relationships across our whole community to promote St Mary’s brand identity and values. In addition, the candidate will provide support for our Senior School PTA that will enable them to continue to run in-school events such as the second-hand uniform sale and the Christmas Fair as well as help market our new summer school – illuminate, Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a hands-on approach and, will have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse groups of people, including staff, parents, pupils, prospective parents and feeder schools.

The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the School is therefore permitted to ask all shortlisted applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are “spent” unless they are “protected” under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.

Interviews will be conducted in person, and they will explore candidates’ suitability to work with children. Candidates are required to bring with them the necessary ID documentation and any relevant qualification certificate(s), all of which must be originals. International Marketing and Admissions Officer

St Mary’s is seeking an International Marketing and Admissions Officer to start in July 2022. The successful candidate will offer excellent customer service by managing the admissions relationship with prospective international or overseas parents, agents, and students, organise entrance testing and interviews for all prospective students and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Admissions Officer

King’s Ely is a thriving independent school with around 1000 pupils aged 2-18, of which approximately 200 over the age of 8 are boarders.

Admissions Officer

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Admissions Officer, with a focus on international student recruitment to join our busy & dedicated Admissions team. Exceptional organisational, time management and customer service skills are essential, as is previous experience of working in an administrative and/or marketing role.

We are seeking a Marketing and Admissions Administrator who will work across all school sites from Pre-school to Sixth Form. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual who will provide administrative support to the Marketing and Admissions teams, including the responsibility for all admissions for our summer course starting in 2022.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with diverse groups of people. They will be organised and have the ability to manage and prioritise their work load, with excellent written and communication skills.

Head of Marketing & Admissions

The Leys Schools is Cambridge’s leading co-educational boarding and day school for pupils aged 11 – 18, and is situated in the heart of the beautiful and historic city. The school is full with a roll of 575 and is currently looking to recruit a new Head of Marketing and Admissions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience across the whole marketing mix, ideally within the independent school’s sector, although this is not a barrier to application.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task are key to success in this role.

Director of Admissions & Marketing

King’s Ely is a thriving independent school with over 1000 pupils aged 2-18, of

We seek an exceptional person to provide strategic leadership in pupil recruitment and marketing both within and outside the School.
Reporting directly to the Principal, the Director of Admissions and Marketing will have a clear understanding of pupil recruitment in the independent sector and take personal responsibility for achieving agreed targets. Working as part of the School’s Senior Leadership Team the successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines, line manage and delegate where appropriate. The post is open to candidates from non-teaching backgrounds but may be combined with a small amount of teaching.
