We are seeking an action-orientated individual to capture the essence of life at Park School and Nurseries and to communicate our key messages through a dynamic and engaging marketing programme. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker who understands social media and enjoys writing content. Being part of a busy Prep School and Nursery will require the successful candidate to be adaptable and have excellent inter-personal skills. They will have a keenness to deliver excellence, and recognise the importance of attention to detail, along with first-class literacy and communication skills. This role will be the primary communicator, to multiple stakeholders, across a range of marketing channels.

Forfar intend to continue their investment into the school. Head of Admissions
The Head of Admissions is responsible for all aspects of the admissions process. It is a key role and an exciting opportunity to meet and build relationships with all our prospective families; and to support and guide them through the admissions process and the beginning of their Port Regis journey.
The successful candidate will be able to deliver the highest standards of customer care and have excellent communication and administration skills. They will work closely with the Headmaster and the Marketing Team on all aspects of pupil recruitment and admissions/ marketing events.

Head of Marketing
The Head of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the School’s marketing, communications, alumni engagement and fundraising. It is a key role and an exciting opportunity to be engaged and build relationships with the whole school community. We are seeking a new team member to join our External Relations department in the Admissions team as Assistant Registrar. Reporting directly to the Registrar, with a dotted line to the Head of External Relations, the role is centred on pupil recruitment and delivering prospective parents the best experience of Clayesmore and all it has to offer their children.
The role is busy and varied and requires someone who is sales focused with excellent customer service skills alongside an empathetic nature and a ‘sleeves rolled up’ mentality. You will be required to proactively engage with prospective families and guide them through the admissions process. This will involve conducting tours, supporting open morning events, following up enquiries, managing administration associated with admissions and keeping tabs on the current pupil roll and availability of places.
We are looking for a true team player who is energetic, enjoys engaging with people, is confident and friendly and can deliver exceptional customer service. You must be organised but also flexible in your approach. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

We are seeking a new team member to join our External Relations department as Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of External Relations. This role will be busy and varied as you would expect in a six day per week co-educational boarding and day school.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for sourcing, creating and publishing digital marketing content to support the school’s marketing and engagement programme with our audiences through the website and social media channels; including photography, video and document design and production.
Ideally you will have several years experience in a similar role in a professional environment and will be computer literate with good working knowledge of photo and video editing software and design packages (InDesign preferred). You will need to demonstrate a portfolio of work you have created on social media and using your design skills in digital (or print) production.

The whole Admissions team is a central part of the operation of the school and is well respected both internally and externally for how it operates. It is a well-established and productive set of relationships built on strong methodologies and meticulous organisation.
The hope for this appointment is that a new member of staff will continue to nurture the structure and processes in the department and will bring new ideas to develop the Admissions process still further to deliver the highest quality of care for the people with whom Bryanston does business; and will see themselves as a powerful ambassador for Bryanston in every engagement. Further, it is hoped that the Registrar will play their part in offering appropriate support to the HoA and Head, amongst others, in building the profile of and market for Bryanston.

Marketing Officer (based at Sherborne Prep), required from July/August 2021
The Marketing Officer at Sherborne Prep, whilst working at and on behalf of Sherborne Prep School, forms part of the External Relations Department of the Sherborne Schools Group. Sherborne Prep School merged with Sherborne School on 1 April 2021 and subsequently a Head of Marketing ( Sherborne Group) was appointed to oversee the marketing of the Sherborne Group. The role of Marketing Officer (SPS) is a key appointment within the External Relations Team, which is led by the Director of Admissions and Marketing at Sherborne School.
