 Loyola Preparatory School is a successful, warm and friendly all boy’s, Catholic school based in Buckhurst Hill, Essex. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our small school office in this forward facing role which focuses on marketing the school and supporting pupil recruitment.

 The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised with an eye for design and creative flair together with proven marketing and administrative experience. The role will encompass administering the school website, social media platforms, taking photos, designing layouts, creating content and broadening its digital marketing to revolutionise how we engage with pupils, parents and the wider community. You will also be an integral part of the busy school office, supporting its day to day function with the ability to calmly juggle a number of requests and tasks simultaneously.

 This role would suit a dynamic, passionate and self-motivated individual looking to utilise their design and digital marketing experience within this friendly school.

Marketing Officer

Chigwell School is seeking to appoint a Marketing Officer to join our friendly Marketing and Admissions team. An exciting opportunity looking forward to the 400th anniversary of the founding of the School, this position will play a significant role to its ongoing success.

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for the School’s digital and social media channels as well as supporting others across the School to make the most of these platforms. Experience of managing digital channels including social media and video channels such as YouTube and Vimeo and digital content planning and creation will be essential.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and confident team player, highly numerate with excellent planning, organisation and administrative skills, and with the ability to build effective relationships with people at all levels. It is also expected to be educated to degree level. A Digital Marketing qualification would be desirable.

Engagement Manager

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Development Office, responsible for nurturing strong links with our Felsted Community which includes alumni (Old Felstedians), current and former parents, current and former staff, and other well-wishers. The office delivers an integrated and varied programme of communications, events, fundraising activities and stewardship to keep our community engaged with the life of the school, as well as promoting a culture of ‘giving back’ in terms of time, talent, and philanthropy.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication, writing and project management skills as well as the ability to strategize, implement and build constituency programmes and activities, whilst working to tight deadlines. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to support our Schools’ Admissions Office. This is a varied role that will include the management of data, all aspects of customer service and liaison with relevant departments to ensure the Admissions Office runs efficiently and effectively across the key admissions processes. The post holder will also be responsible for coordinating Admissions projects and line management of two Admissions Assistants.

The successful candidate must have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills with the ability to be accurate whilst working to specific deadlines. It is essential you can act confidentially, remain calm and professional during busy periods while being able to work with key stakeholders effectively in a warm, friendly and professional manner. We are looking for a passionate, energetic and committed Admissions Registrar to oversee the admissions of Years Reception to 8.
