As a key member of our Operations Staff, the Director of Admissions will report to the Principal, and work closely with the Director of Junior School and Marketing Team. They will be supported by our Communications & Examinations Assistant. As well as overseeing all aspects of the admissions process, the Director of Admissions will also have the opportunity to contribute towards the strategic direction of the School. Admissions Officer

The Admissions Officer is a key role within our Admissions team, responsible for delivering an efficient and welcoming service to all stakeholders, most notably prospective parents and students and feeder schools. The aim is to provide a professional and comprehensive admissions service and to ensure that all prospective families receive a positive impression of the school. Working with the Registrar, the focus of this role is the 16 plus, sixth form admissions process and management of in year admissions. The successful candidate will manage the process of open days, applications and assessment of offers, including the induction process to welcome in new students. Part Time Marketing & Communications Manager

You will work with the Head and Registrar to develop and deliver the school’s marketing, communication and admissions strategy. The role includes website management, digital content creation for digital and social media platforms, termly admission newsletters, brand guardianship, data analytics, and communication channel management.
You will have previous marketing experience, ideally within the context of independent education. Reporting to the Head of Admissions, the Admissions Officer will liaise with prospective parents from both the UK and overseas, ensuring a smooth transition to Marymount International School.
