School Advisory Administrator – Home-Based

Pippa’s Guardians is a family run company caring for International Students aged between 7 and 18 years of age at some of Britain’s best Boarding Schools. In addition to Guardianship, we provide additional educational services to offer a highly personalised end-to-end experience. Due to popular demand, our School Advisory Service is expanding, and we are looking to appoint a home-based School Advisory Administrator to support the delivery of the service.

 In this exciting new role, the Schools Advisory Administrator will have responsibility for managing the administrative aspects of the Pippa’s Guardians School Advisory Service. They will collaborate with the Managing Director and Pippa’s Overseas Representatives to deliver the highly personal School Advisory Service in a timely and efficient manner. With excellent organisational skills, they will be comfortable with interactions with parents and schools and will provide the highest quality of communication and service. Good relationship management is key as you’ll liaise with some of the top boarding schools in the UK as well as international parents and their children. Helping to organise overseas educational events will also be a key aspect of the role.

Previous experience in an Admissions related role the Independent School sector would be advantageous as well as knowledge of international markets and experience of working with international parents.

 Home-based and working in the region of 20 hours a week in the first instance, the role is hugely flexible, rewarding and varied. There is scope for hours to be increased in the future subject to further demand.

If you are an experienced marketing and admissions professional, capable of supporting and influencing multiple stakeholders and developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, we have a unique opportunity to join our family of UK schools and help them grow.

Responsible for a cluster of schools across the UK, you will work with the senior leadership teams to help shape the vision for the schools you support by identifying creative and innovative marketing initiatives to support pupil growth and sharing of industry leading best practice. This role is home based, with the requirement to travel to schools as and when required.

Sales and target focused, you will have strategic and tactical marketing experience within a customer focused industry where delivery of the experience is paramount to success.
