The Stamford Endowed Schools are looking to appoint a warm and engaging Registrar responsible for the student admission process for Stamford School.
The purpose of this role is to maximise the number of pupils on roll in line with enrolment targets and to ensure that a proactive and comprehensive admissions service is provided to the School. This includes providing an initial point of contact and progression of enquiries regarding entry, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of administrative and customer service-focussed tasks to support the admissions procedures and carry out relevant promotional activities to raise the profile of the School, its facilities and opportunities.
The Registrar is responsible for all aspects of admissions to Stamford School and for maximising recruitment of pupils from enquiry stage. As a key figure in the School’s student recruitment processes, the Registrar is the main point of contact for all prospective families, and will undertake all activity necessary in supporting families through the admissions process. The Registrar is also responsible for the maintenance of all data and records relating to admissions to the School, and in reporting as required to the Head and Director of External Relations.
This is a full time position, including 37.5 hours per week.
The salary is up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Head of Admissions
The Stamford Endowed Schools are seeking to appoint a Head of Admissions to oversee the ongoing development and delivery of pupil recruitment for our schools. This is a strategic, diverse and challenging position reporting to the Director of External Relations, with regular interaction with the Principal, Heads, Director of Operations, Head of Boarding and other senior management.
Applicants must have an exceptional understanding of the independent schools market, a strong track record working in a relevant customer-facing admissions, recruitment or sales role, and experience in managing and developing teams. The successful candidate will be confident, articulate, outgoing, intellectual and comfortable dealing with a wide variety of situations ranging from boardroom interrogations to international negotiations.
Head of Marketing
We are seeking a creative, ambitious Head of Marketing to deliver the full range of marketing activity across the Stamford Endowed Schools.
This is a diverse and challenging role, which will require the post-holder to play a key part in developing and delivering marketing strategy for these outstanding schools. This would be an ideal step for a marketeer aiming to move into a director level position in a subsequent role. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering high-impact multi channel campaigns, and will have significant experience in digital marketing, publications and events management. Experience of public relations would be an advantage.
The Head of Marketing will oversee the delivery of high impact recruitment and awareness campaigns for Stamford School Stamford Junior School. Continued growth in high-quality admissions enquiries will be the key performance indicator.
Director Of External Relations
It’s an exciting time to join the External Relations Team at Stamford Endowed Schools. We are looking for a creative and organised Director of External Relations who will be crucial in helping to make our exciting plans a reality.
The Director is responsible for line management of the Development, Admissions and Marketing Team on a day-to-day basis. As well as co-ordinating workload, you will look to develop and coach the team, undertake appraisals and lead recruitment of team members. It is also important that you ensure the team is working closely and collaboratively with the individual schools and especially colleagues who support the admissions, marketing or development efforts.
The Director also manages the department budget which covers marketing materials, website development, overseas recruitment expenses and admissions events. Working with the Bursar, the Director will also look to measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing and admissions spend.

International Registrar
Stamford Endowed Schools are recruiting for a International Registrar to work in our very experienced Admissions Team.
The International Registrar is responsible for managing our overseas recruitment. The Registrar will offer an outstanding admissions process and must have a genuine enthusiasm for working in an international environment.
The International Registrar reports directly to the Director of External Relations and is responsible for leading on all of the School’s international recruitment activities. This will include building and nurturing close relationships with agents across the globe and providing excellent customer service to prospective parents and students.
The role requires international travel, which will often be done independently and this role is a full time role working 52 weeks per year but for the right candidate we could be flexible on working arrangements.

Director of Admissions and Marketing
The Director of Admissions & Marketing is primarily responsible for ensuring that we attract prospective parents to the School, and driving student recruitment through the delivery of an outstanding admissions experience.
The Director is responsible for ensuring that the admissions and marketing functions are as strong and effective as possible.
Alongside the admissions team, the Director will manage the whole admissions process ensuring communications with prospective parents are excellent, that admissions events are well managed, and that we have good relationships with feeder school and agents.
We ultimately want to provide prospective parents with the best and easiest process possible as they move through the admissions process whether that be into Reception or as an international Year 12 boarder. It is also vitally important that the team are able to provide the Core Executive Team with accurate and timely data on recruitment to support planning and budgeting.

Lincoln Minster is a co-educational independent day and boarding school for circa 480 pupils aged 2-18 years. Set in the heart of Lincoln’s historic quarter, the school was founded in 1996 following a merger of St Joseph’s Convent School, Stonefield House School and the Cathedral School.
The school is looking to appoint a Director of Marketing, Communications and Admissions who will be responsible for marketing and pupil recruitment and be pivotal to the future growth of the school. The successful candidate will take the lead in developing and delivering outstanding marketing and pupil recruitment strategies and will build and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
