Head of Admissions / PA to the Head Teacher

You might just have found the perfect school… PA to Head Teacher and Head of Admissions Permanent

Full time, to start September 2022

Holiday 6 weeks per year.

We seek to recruit a high calibre individual to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team. This role at Norfolk House is integral to the day-to-day operation of the school and therefore candidates will need to demonstrate:

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • competency in a range of administrative functions, showing attention to detail;
  • flexibility in a pressurised environment whilst managing priorities effectively;
  • excellent customer service

The working hours are 9.00am – 5.20pm Monday to Friday. Previous experience in a similar role is required, administration skills, strong IT skills and an eagerness to receive further training as required are essential.

The salary will be commensurate with the position and will depend on qualifications and experience.

Senior Marketing and Events Officer

Salary: FTE £29,000 – £34,000 (Pro-rata £23,200–£27,200) according to qualifications and experience

Exciting opportunity for a creative marketing professional to use their relationship building and organisational skills to play a key role in the effective delivery of the marketing, events and alumnae relations strategy of Blackheath High School.

Experience of event management is essential as the successful candidate will be responsible for the quality and organisation of both admissions and alumnae events, ensuring that they fulfil the aims and objectives of the school’s marketing and PR plans.

The role involves supporting the Marketing Director to develop a plan to build meaningful relationships with alumnae through events and communications, cultivate the reputation of the school, raise funds and drive student numbers.

Digital Communications Officer

Admissions & Marketing Manager

The Admissions & Marketing Manager will provide a friendly, warm, highly professional and efficient admissions provision for Radnor House School, Twickenham. Radnor House is currently a senior school. However, in 2023 the senior school will be moving to a new site at Kneller Hall in Twickenham to form a new senior school. The current Year 5 and 6 will remain at Pope’s Villa, and Radnor House will extend provision down to Reception to form a new co-ed prep school for children aged 4-11. About you
