Head of Admissions and Partnership

This is a great opportunity to join Nottingham High School in a key role. This position is responsible for the management and implementation of the admissions process for all year groups, from Reception through to Sixth Form.

The Admissions department is responsible for recruiting new pupils to the school and works very closely together with the Marketing department to promote Taster Days, Open Days and other events. The role holder will jointly line manage the Marketing and Admissions Officer and work with the Head of Marketing frequently. The parents of potential pupils to the school are at the heart of what we do on a daily basis whether that be scheduling or conducting tours, meeting parents at open events or liaising with them over the phone.

This is a full time, permanent position.

Salary £35,299 per annum plus competitive employee benefits.

Marketing and Communications Manager

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and strategically minded Marketing and Communications Manager to work in our busy Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Bursar, you will play a key role in driving and delivering all areas of school marketing and communications and will work closely with our Admissions team.
Successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a strong aptitude for IT. Achieving deadlines across a range of projects through great organisation and planning is key to the role, as is an eye for detail and accuracy. In addition to this we are looking for creativity and flair in a strong individual who will work closely with the team to deliver our strategy. Whilst experience in Marketing or Communications Management is essential, we recognise there may be excellent candidates for the role who have related experience focused on one of the disciplines and we are keen to invite a broad range of applications from successful and engaging professionals in the field.

Boarding Admissions Manager

BOARDING ADMISSIONS MANAGER

Permanent, 4 days per week with some additional hours

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, people focused Admissions Manager, used to working collaboratively to develop relationships both remotely and in house.
Successful candidates will be outstanding communicators with strong IT skills and the ability to effectively plan and prioritise a varied workload. In addition to this, candidates should be demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service, with an energetic and enthusiastic approach. Whilst independent school experience would be desirable, the ability to demonstrate a passion for people and the flexible skillset required is more essential. The Role may involve UK and overseas travel with overnight stays and weekend working likely at certain times.

Head’s PA and Admissions Manager

HEAD’S PA & ADMISSIONS MANAGER
(37 hours per week, 43 weeks per annum)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head’s PA and Admissions Manager at Hollygirt School, a small independent day school in Nottingham.

The position is a crucial role within the school, working closely with the Head and Senior Leadership Team to provide support whilst providing an effective admissions service. This dual role requires a high level of commitment to customer care and service with an equal emphasis on both parts of the remit. As such, the postholder will need to be flexible, efficient and creative with a thorough understanding of pupil recruitment in the independent school sector and the role of a Head in an independent school.

The Elms is a thriving Nursery and Junior School situated in Long Eaton with the majority of children transitioning to Trent College Senior School. This exciting position is paramount to the long-term success of the school and is a key role in our busy, happy school environment. We are looking for a passionate, driven, focused individual with a strong background in customer facing and sales roles to proactively generate enquiries into The Elms alongside the running of recruitment events and the management of the customer relationship cycle.
