DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & ADMISSIONS
The Director of Marketing and Admissions will have responsibility and accountability for:
Contributing collegiately, constructively and flexibly to the School’s overall leadership and management, as a member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
Delivering a substantial and sustainable improvement in admissions to the School
- The marketing and admissions strategies that align with the aims of the School covering different markets such as international, domestic, retention, agent and feeder schools
- The effective implementation of admissions processes and high quality customer service and the management of the school’s pupil recruitment CRM
- The admissions reporting tools which will include generating timely reports and forecasts for the Headmaster and the Director of Finance on pupil numbers
Managing and developing the RHS brand in the UK and world-wide, including the website, social media, printed & digital marketing content and PR
- The delivery of internal and external marketing and communication across all areas of the School
- The production of relevant marketing material to support the commercial and development activities of the School
The management of the marketing and admissions departments (total 9 staff)
The Director of Marketing and Admissions will be an enthusiastic ambassador and advocate for the Royal Hospital School and the education it provides.

The Marketing Manager will ensure that the positioning of the school and its brand promise and values are clearly and consistently articulated across all activities, with specific responsibility for the School’s website and other digital platforms. Meticulous attention to detail is required as well as the ability to be creative and foster good relationships across departments.

HEAD OF ADMISSIONS
We are looking to appoint a Head of Admissions to be responsible for navigating the admission of pupils to our school.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring a highly efficient and effective admissions process. Managing the CRM database, conversion targets, event management and supporting an outreach programme all form part of this exciting role at this ambitious school. You will be an enthusiastic advocate for the benefits of an RHS education.
