Admissions Assistant

With a professional and positive approach, you are an excellent communicator who can quickly build a rapport with all kinds of people. Maintaining regular communications with parents (on the phone, face-to-face and in writing), you will ensure that everyone who comes into contact with us enjoys a friendly, responsive and informed introduction to the school. As well as that, your wide-ranging role will include keeping administration up to date, planning events, maintaining our database, carrying out market research and producing reports when required.

Excellent IT skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel, strong organizational and problem-solving ability are important – and you should be able to manage your time and prioritise a busy workload too. Sound experience of working with databases is essential, combined with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the school.

Applications Manager

Hoe Bridge is a thriving independent school for girls and boys aged 2 to 16. The school is set in a perfect location just on the outskirts of Woking surrounded by 22 acres of beautiful grounds and only 25 minutes from

We are seeking an Applications Manager for September 2022 to be the point of contact for families once they have registered with the school. The Applications Manager will guide families through the application process and provide an efficient and professional admissions service. Head of Communications and Marketing

Full Time, permanent, required for September. 37.5 hours per week, salary £40,490 to £43,810 per annum inclusive.

City of London Freemen’s School has been a thriving independent co-educational day and boarding school for the last 150 years, but not everyone has heard of this unique school in the heart of Surrey. Do you want to help us change that?

We are looking for a Head of Communications and Marketing to lead the School’s Communication and Marketing strategy, for internal and external stakeholders. Supported by a marketing team, and reporting to the Director of External Relations, you will lead on all marketing activities at Freemen’s, including the exciting new Freemen’s Global programme. From managing the events programme, ensuring brand consistency and managing advertising campaigns, through to managing publications and commissioning bespoke work with designers and web agencies…no two days will be the same in this fast-paced and exciting role.

You will have a passion for ensuring professional, creative and appropriate communications reach their target audience. You will be the main point of contact for all Marcomms inquiries from a range of audiences, including current and prospective parents, internal staff, and external stakeholders, so you will act as a highly professional brand ambassador for the School. Salary is on the City of London Corporation Grade E from £40,490 to £43,810 per annum inclusive, with the potential to increase to £46,275 per annum subject to performance.

Registrar in the Preparatory School

We are seeking to appoint from August 2022 a Registrar to join our enthusiastic and highly motivated team of staff in this leading girls’ independent school. Following ten happy and successful years, our current Registrar is stepping down at the end of this term.

Her successor will take the lead as the key public face of the School to whom prospective parents first turn, and to manage their journey through the admissions process to their daughter’s arrival at the School.
