Admissions Manager

The UK Education Guide is the fastest growing international student comparison portal! UK Education Guide (UEG) works with over 120 independently selected UK Boarding Schools, Foundation providers and Universities, helping international families realise their educational dreams in British Schools and Universities. 

We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic individual to oversee operations across the company to ensure all UK Education Guide’s customers (B2B and B2C) receive excellent customer service at all times. Your primary role will be to support interested families in understanding the nature of the UK education market, identify the best potential schools for their children and support them on that journey to their dream school. 

The Manager must put first the best interests of each pupil/family with whom we are dealing, recognising the mission statement and values of UK Education Guide-https://ukeducationguide.com/about-us/ As such, we are looking for the following core skills and expertise:

 – Supporting the identification of key markets 

– Managing marketing strategies and recording key data 

– Knowledge of University and school administration processes 

– A high level of social and interpersonal skills

– Fantastic telephone manner 

 

Working Schedule: Your working week is 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday, but with flexibility as required through the needs of the role. Standard 28 days annual leave. The expected salary is £40,000 pro rata + an excellent commission package. You may be expected to travel internationally and occasional anti-social hours as per the needs of the role. Alumni Relations and Development Officer

The Princethorpe Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic Alumni Relations and Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our efforts to engage alumni, strengthen relationships with donors, and support the development of The Princethorpe Foundation.

You will work closely with the Development Director, the Assistant Head (Marketing, Admissions and Communications), the Marketing and Communications Team and the OPs Committee. Together, you will enhance, develop, and oversee a comprehensive alumni engagement programme, building upon our existing activities and developing strong connections with our alumni community. This full-time role may require occasional evening and weekend work to ensure the success of alumni-related activities and events.

Additionally, the role will provide essential administrative support within the Development Office, ensuring the smooth operation of fundraising and alumni engagement activities.

This is a permanent, all year-round role working 37.5 hours per week. Because of the nature of the job there will be some work outside normal working hours.

The salary range is £28,256-£33,209 per annum. Salary is negotiable, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

FOUNDATION DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND ADMISSIONS

The Warwick Schools Foundation (The Foundation) proudly educates girls and boys from 3-18 years of age and is one of the largest independent school charities in the country, with some 2,900 pupils and 1,200 staff. The Foundation is looking to appoint a high calibre Director of Marketing and Admissions to take the lead across its five schools, in further developing, implementing and managing the Foundation’s marketing and admissions strategies, and the wider activities of the charity.

The Foundation’s historic schools are Warwick Preparatory School and the King’s High School, which operate as a through-school for girls with a co-educational Pre-Prep, and Warwick Junior School and Warwick School, which operate as a through-school for boys. These exceptional schools are located on the Foundation’s beautiful 55-acre site in Warwick. In 2021, The Kingsley School joined the family of schools and continues to operate from its site in Leamington Spa. Kingsley is an established and highly regarded school for around 300 girls (3-18) and boys (3-11).

Reporting to the Foundation Principal, this is a senior and highly valued role which works in close partnership with the five heads and the Foundation Bursar. The new post holder will provide outstanding strategic direction and inspiring leadership to a team of sixteen members of staff across the two campuses.

We are looking for a senior marketer who has significant leadership experience with a demonstrable track record in building relationships with and influencing internal and external stakeholders, gained inside or outside the education sector. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive but calm approach are also fundamental to this role.

Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Admissions team at Warwick Independent Schools Foundation.

The key purpose of this role is to develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC and other techniques, to drive traffic to the Foundation school websites, and generate interest and application for entry.  The post holder will create engaging written, graphic, and video content whilst staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (ideally in Marketing or similar) and have relevant work experience in digital marketing; they will have experience of a range of digital content and social media and be able to liaise effectively with designers and creative agencies (external).

The role is full time (37 hours per week) for 39.4 weeks per year (term time plus INSET plus 4 weeks’ working during school holidays).  The actual salary for this role is between £26,234 – £28,618 per annum.

Registrar

We are seeking to appoint a registrar to provide an outstanding customer service for pupils 11+, 16+ entry and other year groups, to ensure all aspects of the customer journey are managed to the highest standard possible.

The successful applicant will have significant relevant experience; previous admissions experience within education would be particularly advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build a good rapport with customers are a must, in addition to good organisational skills and previous experience in data management and analysis.

The hours are term-time only (37 hours per week), plus 3 weeks in the holidays. The salary is between Point 24-27 on the Support Staff pay scale, the actual salary for the hours worked being between £22,136 and £24,350.
