Head of International Marketing

Registrar & Head’s PA

The Registrar and PA to the Head is a demanding and busy role requiring the ideal candidate to have strong experience of secretarial and organisational skills, computer literacy, especially in MS Office, and a professional, conscientious and flexible working attitude. Attention to detail is imperative for this role which is a vital part of the smooth-running of the school supporting the continuing growth and development of Heywood Prep.

The Registrar and PA to the Head is a key member of the School and is primarily responsible for the efficient organisation and administration of all admissions, from initial enquiry through to the pupil joining the School. In addition, the Registrar is responsible for promoting the School through building strong relationships with prospective parents and students, and running open days and other marketing events with the Marketing Co-ordinator. The postholder is also responsible for providing high-quality, confidential PA support to the Head. The role includes managing the Head’s diary, arranging meetings, minute-taking, and providing a full range of accurate and professional secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Head’s daily business.

Development & Alumnae Relations Manager

Full time (40 hours per week), all year round position, £36,307 (basic) per annum

The Development and Alumnae Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening relationships with our school’s alumnae, parents, and donors while leading efforts to secure financial support for and maximise engagement in the school. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. Candidates will be required to work flexibly which will include some weekend and evening working. The ideal candidate will have a background in alumni or external relations and experience of general fundraising practices and marketing communications. They will be able to work confidently on their own initiative in devising and delivering innovative and effective alumnae relations engagement which supports fundraising strategies and non-financial giving.

Working as part of a busy Development Department, running fundraising events will inevitably include some evening and weekend commitments. Working hours outside normal contracted times can be taken back as lieu time. Full time staff benefit from 36 days holiday per year (inclusive of statutory bank holidays), meals during term time and 50% reduction in school fees if applicable.

Marketing Officer

Marketing Officer £25,000 – £27,000

Full-time (52 weeks a year)

We are looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Officer to join our busy Marketing & Admissions team.

Working closely with the Director of Admissions & Marketing and Marketing Manager, the Marketing Officer will be influential in raising awareness of Stonar and ensuring all events and marketing materials effectively communicate the Stonar difference to prospective and current parents and pupils.

The School recruits domestically and internationally, welcoming day pupils from ages 2 to 18 and boarders from 9 years old. There is a busy annual schedule of pupil recruitment events to oversee, as well as management of the weekly newsletter and the production of a range of online and offline marketing materials.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and confident team player, have a creative eye and a meticulous attention to detail. A willingness to immerse yourself proactively in the school community is essential, seeking and collecting photographs and video content for our social media channels and working with staff and students across the school to deliver successful events.

Marketing & Alumni Manager

Exciting opportunity for a creative and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our busy and successful Prep School.  You will be responsible for proactively leading the digital communications, marketing, alumni and development strategy and for managing the corporate image and public perception of the School.   The role will work very closely with the Admissions Team to attract and retain pupils and to drive preparations in looking forwards to the School’s 150th Anniversary in 2025.

Pinewood School is set in 84 acres of rolling countryside on the border between Wiltshire and Oxfordshire and offers a quality, family-based, co-educational day and boarding environment for over 400 children aged 3-13.

Registrar and Marketing Officer

Leehurst Swan School are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Registrar and Marketing Officer.

The Registrar will be the first and main point of contact for prospective families and will ensure a smooth transition through the admissions process into school life whilst delivering an exceptional level of service and ensuring a high quality of work that is representative of the reputation of the School.
