Content Creator (20hrs per week, Home based)

Pippa’s Guardians is a family run company caring for International Students aged between 7 and 18 years of age at some of Britain’s best Boarding Schools.

We have a new opportunity available and are recruiting for a Content Creator (20 hours pw, home based)

The purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Manager and Business Development team in the planning and executions of marketing content. The primary objective of this role is to assist in driving brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth.

The successful applicant should have proven experience as a content creator, strong writing, editing and communication skills and be proficient in using content creation tools and platforms.

Applicants should be proficient in using social media, have good IT skills, including excel, word and outlook (training for our CRM will be given).

Marketing Assistant

Applicants should be proficient in using social media, have good IT skills, including excel, word and outlook (training for our CRM will be given). Previous use of WordPress, email marketing or graphic design software would be an advantage.

Head of Admissions

Malvern College is looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Admissions to provide leadership of the prospective parent and pupil journey, taking a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the complete admissions cycle across our two UK schools, supporting processes for the Malvern College Summer School, as well as contributing to best practice in admissions across the Malvern College Family of Schools.

This role is challenging and rewarding in equal measure, encompassing a range of stakeholders across multiple entities and sites, leading an established team of admissions professionals, and working alongside colleagues in Marketing.

Senior Communications Manager

The Elms is an independent, co-educational, day and boarding prep school set in 40 acres with its own farm and equestrian facilities, flanked by the beautiful Malvern Hills. Believed to be the oldest prep school in England still operating on its original site, The Elms has a history stretching back over 400 years. Brand Development Manager

Malvern College Enterprises Ltd (MCEL), the trading subsidiary of Malvern College, operates a number of campus-based commercial enterprises in support of the College and its associated preparatory schools, The Downs Malvern and Abberley Hall School. These include Malvern College Summer School (MCSS), Malvern College Cricket Festival (MCCF), the National Schools Symphony Orchestra (NSSO), Malvern Active, Events and Facility Hire.

The Brand Development Manager, in liaison with individual heads of business, is responsible for the successful development and implementation of sales and marketing strategy for the above MCEL business lines. A particular focus of this position is to provide technical and functional leadership and support to business administrators and leaders to achieve dedicated business objectives. The role works alongside and will report to the Commercial Manager and will also collaborate closely and continuously with the College’s Marketing & Admissions team to leverage potential synergies and to ensure brand alignment. It is intended that this position will be supported by a full time Marketing Coordinator.

Areas of Responsibility
» Manage and develop MCEL marketing strategy and planning, working closely with heads of business to support key objectives and the development of the College’s proprietary courses.
» Contribute to the annual budgeting process and manage marketing budgets and cost control in line with the profitability and aspirations of each business line.
» Manage the delivery of marketing support to the relevant business heads and the MCEL team.
» Responsible for the completion and quality of all tactical marketing activity.
» Support the maintenance and development of websites and CRM systems.
» Responsible for the design and production of all marketing collateral.
» Create, implement, and review appropriate sales campaigns.
» Promote the organisation through attendance at trade fairs, conferences and other relevant events.
» Work closely with the College’s Marketing & Admissions team to ensure brand alignment and the leveraging of business synergies wherever possible.
» Plan, implement and oversee media and PR activity.

Safeguarding Responsibilities
» Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons with whom you come into contact.
» Report any safeguarding concerns, including low level concerns, to the Designated Safeguarding Lead or their Deputy in a timely manner.

Hours and Benefits
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, a flexible approach to hours is required.
