Deputy Marketing Manager (Internal Comms)

RGS Worcester Family of Schools seeks an enthusiastic, experienced and driven Deputy Marketing Manager (Internal Comms)

We have a fantastic opportunity that could be perfect for you, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to be a part of our Marketing Team!

You will get to work alongside the Head of Marketing, Marketing Team and colleagues at RGS Worcester, Dodderhill, Springfield and The Grange, to support ambitious marketing strategies and activities, ensuring each Head’s vision is delivered to an exceptional level.

Please note, this role is offered full time, on a 52-week contract, not a term time only role.

All candidates invited for interview will be required to prove their identity and their entitlement to work in the UK, and the person appointed will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, Prohibition Check, Right to Work in the UK and other checks specified by the Department for Education and Independent School’s Inspectorate.

Head of Admissions

Malvern College is looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Admissions, who is responsible for the oversight and management of a busy Admissions function within the Malvern Family of Schools. This is an ideal position for an ambitious and motivated Admissions professional who thrives on delivering an exceptional and engaging experience to prospective parents, pupils and their families as well as focusing accurate and efficient processes. This is a chance to be part of a high calibre team in a culture that emphasises the development of people.

Main Deliverables:
1. Prospective parent and pupil journey: provide an engaging and professional experience, building exemplary relationships with families, education agents and prep schools.
2. Pipeline administration and reporting: support the delivery of the complete Admissions cycle, maintaining the integrity of the admissions database and reporting on pertinent external and internal factors.
3. Feeder School strategy: design, implement and deliver a successful strategy in the UK and overseas to meet pupil number targets.

We are a family run company caring for International Students aged between 7 and 18 years of age at some of Britain’s best Boarding Schools. We are looking to grow our team of Area Managers to continue providing exceptional levels of care and support to our students.
Our Area Managers are compassionate, organised, proactive and responsive people who will be responsible for the well-being of international students. Previous experience in the Independent School sector would be advantageous.

This role is mostly full time in term time and part time in the holidays and is hugely flexible, rewarding and varied.
You’ll liaise with students at some of the county’s top independent schools as well as their parents, Registrars, Housemasters, Housemistresses, Matrons and our network of brilliant Host Families.
You’ll need to be flexible – able to work some evenings and weekends – with excellent relationship management and rapport-building so our students feel comfortable with you. You’ll visit students in their boarding houses, attend parents’ meetings, recruit and inspect Host Families and provide emergency support. A driving licence and use of your own car is therefore essential.

Digital Marketing Manager

The marketing team and our digital channels are at the heart of The King’s Foundation, responsible for showcasing the wonderful family of schools of which we are lucky to be part.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer who has a real passion for all things digital. You will join the vibrant and fun marketing team in an exciting chapter of change and with the purpose of ensuring digital communication and digital growth is at the heart our marketing strategy.

Working alongside the Director of Marketing and Junior School Marketing Executive, you will develop, own and champion the Digital Marketing Plan.

You’ll have a love for social media, digital campaigns and analytics, and have your finger on the pulse of the latest digital innovations. As well as the day-to-day running of the digital elements for social media and news updates, you’ll also have a digital vision to ensure things are continually improving and evolving to meet the needs of our audiences.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to run multiple projects at once. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make a difference, as you will be in a highly visible role within our dynamic school.
