Admissions Co-ordinator

Full time – Permanent

circa £25,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in Uppingham School’s ambitions as it aspires to be the co-educational boarding school of first choice within the UK.

The Admissions Coordinator is one of two new roles within the Admissions Department and as Uppingham’s ‘first voice’ for almost all prospective enquiries offers the successful candidate a position of significant trust and responsibility in this future-facing and forward-thinking institution seeking to recruit some 230 pupils per year.

Joining a busy, friendly and professional team, you will be tasked with fostering positive relationships with the school’s first enquirers, providing a professional, customer focused service, offering advice and support through the application and assessment process, scheduling visits and assessments and assisting with all the Admissions Department’s communications up until the point prospective pupils join the School.

Key to this role will be your demonstrable experience in building relationships and previous experience in a customer facing role. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively with great attention to detail.
