We have an exciting opportunity for an adaptable and proactive Admissions Manager to ensure delivery of a first-class applicant experience.

You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the admissions cycle and recruitment of pupils into our Prep School ensuring that we reach the admissions targets set. In addition to this, you will provide a high quality administration service to the Head of Prep, and associated teams.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy and changing environment, and be a calm and organised people person.

You will have excellent administrative, communication and customer service skills to provide all prospective families with a positive experience of the school.
Previous experience of an educational admissions process, whilst not essential, would be an advantage.

Deputy Admissions Manager

Lancing College is looking for a Deputy Admissions Manager to join our hard-working, customer- focused, and supportive team. We are keen to recruit someone who shares the same commitment and enthusiasm as we do, who takes pride in their work and who will enjoy the challenges of a busy office.

The Admissions team is responsible for the pupil recruitment and selection process for boarding and day boys and girls at 13+ and 16+. The department manages many enquiries and visits to the College and the Deputy Admissions Manager will be involved in the process at all levels, from initial enquiry to final admission.

In our fast-paced environment the candidate will need to have excellent time management and administrative skills and be able to prioritise tasks effectively. In everything we do each team member needs to perform to the highest of standards in terms of work ethic, personable skills, accuracy, organisational skills.

The ideal candidate may have had a similar role in a school or administrative/customer focused experience in another industry such as sales or events management.

Senior Admissions Manager

Following the appointment of our Admissions and Communications Director we are looking to appoint a Senior Admissions Manager to join our vibrant Admissions team.

Admissions Manager

Mary Hare’s Marketing & Development department are looking to expand the team and bring in an experienced Admissions Manager.

You will manage the admissions of all pupils into Mary Hare Primary and Mary Hare Secondary School. This will involve the organisation of visits, assessments, and management of offers through to final placement at Mary Hare School. The role requires excellent communication skills with both parents and key staff involved in the admissions process. You will also carry out all administration of the admissions processes and report to the Development Director on progress made with each prospective pupil. You won’t be responsible for the line management of any member of staff, but will work closely with colleagues involved in the admissions process; Assistant Principal- Family support and Liaison, the Primary School Head Teacher, the Tribunals Assistant, the Assessment team, the Finance team and other members of staff as necessary.

The salary is supplemented by excellent benefits including a generous pension scheme, a grade II listed building set in the lovely Snelsmore Common, free parking with canteen facilities.

The position is full time, permanent.
Hours: 35 hours per week all year round
Salary: £30,451pa

Admissions Manager (Maternity Cover)

Harrogate Ladies’ College is looking to appoint an Admissions Manager to join its thriving Marketing and Admissions Department on a 12 month contract to cover the maternity leave of the current post holder.  (This is a full time, year round position from December 2020).

The Admissions Manager will lead the Admissions Team with responsibility for ensuring the school achieves the annual pupil recruitment targets for Harrogate Ladies’ College, Highfield Prep School and Highfield Pre-School.
