Director of Marketing and Admissions

Wycliffe College is a thriving independent co-educational Day and Boarding school for over 620 pupils aged 3-18 years. Wycliffe is seeking to appoint an ambitious, creative and commercially-minded Director of Marketing and Admissions. Reporting to the Head, and a member of the Leadership Team, the post holder will provide inspiring and strategic leadership of Wycliffe’s Marketing and Admissions activities across the College’s Prep and Senior Schools. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of Wycliffe’s strategic ambitions, to strengthen the College’s brand, increase its national and international reach, realise pupil recruitment targets and deliver a customer-focused application journey.

This is a high-profile and exciting leadership position suited to a senior commercial marketing professional who can demonstrate established and effective leadership skills, combined with an extensive marketing, communications or a marketing-led sales background featuring an international aspect. Prior experience of working in a school is not essential but the successful candidate will have empathy for independent education in general and the Wycliffe ethos in particular, combined with an instinctive feel for the College’s customers and their needs.

The successful candidate will be an articulate, persuasive and credible ambassador for the College and will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A highly analytical marketing professional who is ready to hit the ground running and ensure that admissions targets are met and strategy is improved would thrive in this role. Knowledge of the most effective marketing and admissions techniques and tools to help Wycliffe achieve its strategic objectives will be essential.

Head of Admissions / PA to the Head Teacher

We seek to recruit a high calibre individual to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team. This role at Norfolk House is integral to the day-to-day operation of the school and therefore candidates will need to demonstrate:

Admissions Assistant

Admissions Assistant

Brentwood Senior School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small class sizes and a happy, ambitious and supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school of 1900 pupils, just 20 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

We are seeking to appoint an Admissions Assistant who will support the administration of pupil records in our Senior School which includes a very extensive admissions process.

The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills; the ability to prioritise and deal with numerous tasks at once, and will remain calm under pressure. Somebody with knowledge and experience of an Admissions office within an independent school would be preferable, but not essential.

The School’s MIS (Management Information System) is currently iSAMS. Experience of this software would be helpful, but not essential. Experience of other MISs and CRMs would also be advantageous.

The successful candidate will also work closely with the international Recruitment Manager to liaise with prospective boarding families and agents, arrange visits and interview appointments, process acceptance paperwork and contracts, and sensitive visa information.

Further to the above, candidates should have a good working knowledge of ICT and be confident with appropriate computing and IT procedures, including the Google suite, and to keep up-to-date with developments in these areas. Admissions & Marketing Manager

The Admissions & Marketing Manager will provide a friendly, warm, highly professional and efficient admissions provision for Radnor House School, Twickenham. Radnor House is currently a senior school. However, in 2023 the senior school will be moving to a new site at Kneller Hall in Twickenham to form a new senior school. The current Year 5 and 6 will remain at Pope’s Villa, and Radnor House will extend provision down to Reception to form a new co-ed prep school for children aged 4-11. The role will involve designing and implementing the new admissions process for the prep school, providing an  excellent customer experience to all prospective parents, pupils and agents including managing initial enquiries, hosting private tours for prospective families, facilitating pupil assessments and admitting pupils to the School, and helping to promote the new school to families in the local area.
