Assistant Dean of Admissions

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Dean of Admissions to join our team in providing the highest level of customer service to prospective families, and support them at every stage of the parent journey; from initial inquiry through to their first day at school.

Assistant Admissions Registrar

The School requires an exceptional candidate with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills to support the Admissions Registrar with the entire admissions process. The Admissions Department is a busy and friendly department, which provides a warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient first impression of the School. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person with excellent interpersonal skills to join a team delivering outstanding customer service to prospective families.

The postholder will use their initiative to be proactive when working autonomously, as well as enjoy working as part of a team. A flexible and organised approach to work is essential, as is a high level of IT proficiency, excellent attention to detail, a sense of humour and strong written and verbal communication skills.

The hours may vary according to the needs of the role and the postholder may be required to assist on occasional weekends and specified days such as examination results days, Speech Day, Open Events, OJ Day and OJ Sports matches.

Full-time, year round
Start – mid/end August
