We require a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Marketing and Communications to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting time to join the College and the successful candidate will actively liaise with the Admissions team to promote the recruitment of pupils from the UK and overseas as well as lead and communicate the new strategic direction of the College in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.

This is an opportunity for an outstanding individual to lead the marketing, pupil recruitment and communications strategies of this highly successful school.
The Director of Marketing & Communications is a pivotal role which is at the heart of the school community, interacting with staff, parents, students and community, and is integral to the school’s success.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering a marketing plan that will bring the Head’s vision to life and drive pupil numbers. You will also oversee all advertising and marketing material, communicating a compelling message for the school.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of developing and implementing marketing strategies at a senior level and will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and build excellent relationships. Experience in the Education sector is desirable, but not essential.
This is a full time permanent position, starting from September / October 2020. The hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm, although attendance at events will require some evening and weekend hours.
