We are looking for a highly organised, creatively driven, experienced Marketing and Communications Manager with a real passion for digital communications. You will join a friendly and hard-working Marketing team and will work closely with the Admissions team in a sustained programme of student recruitment.
The post holder will work closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing and manage two members of the team ensuring all activity underpins the school development plan. You will be responsible for the School’s online and offline communication channels, driving content and development of the website, social media channels, internal communication and advertising, consistent with the school’s vision and brand values.

Marketing and Communications Manager
Haileybury is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our Marketing and Admissions team and to play a vital role in further raising the profile of the school. Reporting to the Registrar, the post holder will be responsible for developing an integrated communications strategy, which incorporates marketing, public relations and the school’s online presence.
The successful candidate will have a CIM qualification and/or a marketing degree (or equivalent) as well as relevant professional experience. Experience of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns are also essential, along with a critical eye for detail and high-level communication skills.
