Contract term: Permanent
Hours: Part-time, 21.6 hours per week, all year round
Salary: circa £28,000 FTE (£16,800 pro-rata) depending on experience, plus benefits
We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated Alumnae Relations and Fundraising Officer to support the Director of Marketing in the delivery of strategic and engaging events and campaigns through different channels.
You will act as the primary point of contact for former students and the parent representative community. You will also assist in maintaining the alumnae database, analyse data, produce reports and implement fundraising plans.
You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to maintain a high level of efficiency. You will also need to be a competent user of the Microsoft Office suite packages and databases and also have proven experience in office administration.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in fundraising and stakeholder management, along with an intuitive mindset and excellent attention to detail. You will be a confident communicator with strong organisation and time management skills. An external facing role, you will have a positive and proactive approach to work and enjoy managing multiple projects at once.
