Admissions and Marketing Assistant
Westbourne School is seeking a part time Admissions and Marketing Assistant. This is a key role providing professional and effective administrative support to the Admissions and Marketing teams.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions (International), this important role will be responsible for the administration of applications to Westbourne School and play an active part in all aspects of their admissions journey, guiding families through the process from initial enquiry to enrolment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the database for sponsored students, ensuring documentation and records are kept up to date for UKVI purposes. As part of a small team, this role will work alongside the Assistant Directors of Admissions (International and UK) to develop and sustain excellent working relationships with parents, students and agents, and will also support the Assistant Director of Marketing when required.
Applicants will ideally have prior experience of working in admissions or administration in an educational setting, preferably with experience of working in international markets. Experience with student visas/UKVI is desirable.
This role requires an experienced, organised, flexible individual who thrives on getting the job done.
Part time, 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday during regular business hours, including school holidays.
The role will be predominantly home based, with a requirement to travel into the School on occasion, approx. once a week on average.
