The Admissions and Marketing Team is the first point of contact for prospective families and aims to provide a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable first impression of Farnborough Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person with excellent interpersonal skills to help deliver outstanding customer service.
This role reports to the Director of Admissions and Marketing and will have responsibility for all aspects of routine admissions administration. It is a full-time position with 25 days holiday (to be taken during school holidays) and working hours of 8.30 am – 4.30 pm (including an unpaid lunch break of one hour). However, for the right candidate we would consider term time only plus Inset days and an additional 20-25 days to be worked during holidays.
We offer a competitive salary; dependent on skills and experience contributory pension scheme, on-site parking and a remission of fees for a daughter attending the school.
Previous experience in a senior administrative role with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task is essential, together with a very good eye for detail and professional discretion when handling confidential information.
