Admissions Assistant – Part Time
Aldro is a beautiful day and boarding prep school nestled in the stunning village of Shackleford. An independent school with small class sizes and a happy, ambitious and supportive staff team.
We are seeking a professional and well organised Admissions Assistant to work as part of the Admissions, Marketing and Communications team to maximise awareness of Aldro and provide a personalised, warm and friendly admissions process to prospective families.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver an effective admissions process, in order to support the school’s recruitment targets; to handle all aspects of the school’s admissions process with a view to maximising the number of enquiries, visits, registrations and joiners. The Admissions Assistant will also be responsible for ensuring the database is up to date at all times with the relevant information on prospective families.
The Admissions Assistant will be an excellent team player with great organisational skills, confident in communicating via email, telephone and face to face.
