An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, full time Admissions Assistant to work within our busy Admissions Department.

The Admissions Assistant will support the department with a wide range of administrative duties relating to all aspects of work in the admissions office. The Admissions Assistant will liaise and support prospective families with the admissions process to the School and will support the Deputy Registrar in coordinating the department’s prep school outreach programme. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail and precision and will have previous experience in a customer facing role, together with excellent administrative and communication skills. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected and experience of working with iSAMS & Google Suite, would be an advantage but is not essential; experience of working with a CRM database is essential however.

The nature of a 24hr a day, 7 days per week boarding school require staff to work flexibly and as the School is used by pupils at weekends, which are also the time most parents visit the School, there may be a requirement for the job holder to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

It is expected that all duties will be completed effectively, efficiently, accurately and within allocated deadlines.
