St Edward’s Preparatory School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised Admissions Manager to join our busy Admissions & Marketing Team.
Reporting to the Director of Admissions & Marketing, the Admissions Manager (Prep) will be a welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient first point of contact for our prospective pupils and their parents. The post-holder will be responsible for the smooth running of the entire admissions process for the Prep School (including Kindergarten), from initial enquiries about the School, through to registration and eventual enrolment.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and administrative skills, along with the ability to foster effective relationships with prospective families and the wider local community. The role requires outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently. Previous school admissions experience, or experience of working in a customer facing role, is desirable.
- Working hours will be Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8am-5.30pm. There will be some flexibility to start and finish times
