Oakham School is looking to recruit two enthusiastic individuals to play an integral role in providing a proactive, efficient and customer focussed admissions service to families considering entry to the School.
The successful candidates will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with prospective parents and educational agents (both UK and overseas) as they move through the admissions process. They will need to be able to multitask and prioritise their own work, exercising initiative, and work well under pressure to provide a first-class level of customer service.
Prior experience in an Admissions role is not essential but would be advantageous. Both roles are full-time, working an average of 37.5 hours per week all year round (plus approx. 12 Saturday mornings per year, on a rota basis).
