Prior’s Field has a vacancy for 2 Admissions Officers – 1 full time position and 1 Term Time + 5 weeks position with a salary of £22-25,000 FTE depending on experience.
The Prior’s Field Admissions Office offers a fast-paced, busy and dynamic working environment with a real buzz to each day, and where attention to detail, discretion and a great sense of team spirit are a must. We are looking for 2 Admissions Officers to contribute to our continued success and growth of the school. You must be equally happy combining a front of house role which requires exemplary people skills and customer service, matched with highly accurate administrative delivery and strong IT competency.
Enthusiasm, flexibility and strong organisational skills are essential and whilst experience working in a school would be beneficial, similar experience in administration, sales and events environments would also be of interest.
These roles would also be suitable for candidate’s who are completely new to the industry or recent graduates.
We are looking for one Admissions Officer to work full time, all year round and one Admissions Officer to work term time + 5 additional weeks during the school holidays.
In both cases, you will work 8 hours per day, with a 30 minute break for lunch. Flexibility is required during busy weeks and time off in lieu in less busy times of the year will be given for any additional hours that may be required.
Start Date: End of June – Beginning of September.
