Frensham Heights is seeking to appoint an ambitious and hard-working Admissions Registrar. Reporting to the new Director of Marketing and Admissions, and part of dynamic and creative marketing and admissions team, the role is crucial in supporting the delivery of the school’s new strategic plan.
This is a significant role in the school. The registrar is responsible for driving both local and international student recruitment, for conducting a seamless and customer-focused application journey and for working closely with the extended leadership team in ensuring the school is full. Outstanding people skills are essential with much of the role focused on promoting the school, both locally and internationally, to prospective families. The successful candidate will have empathy for independent education, for the school’s customers and their needs and a very clear alignment with Frensham’s distinctive ethos.
This is a full time, full year role, based on a 37.5 hour week.
