Admissions Registrar

We are looking for an excellent and experienced administrator with a positive outlook and outstanding interpersonal skills to join our award-winning team as Admissions Registrar, working alongside our UK Admissions Registrar and taking immediate responsibility for international admissions.

Working closely with the Headmaster, Bursar, and Admissions and Marketing team, the post-holder will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, from enquiry through to enrolment. This includes all contact and communication with prospective families prior to joining the school (including tours), so the ability to encourage and nurture strong relationships is a must, as is a willingness and desire to build relationships with agents and families on an international level. Experience of working in a school is not essential, but an appreciation for and understanding of the sector is: the successful candidate will be able to clearly articulate the benefits of a Perrott Hill education.

This is a full-time position (all year round) with normal working hours of 0900-1700 Monday to Friday and 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Flexibility with working hours and holiday may be possible for the right candidate; please state any such requests clearly on your application. Some evening and weekend work may be required, for which time off will be given in lieu.
