We are seeking to appoint an Admissions Registrar who will play a key role in the recruitment and retention of students at all points across St Columba’s College.
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the Registry and Admissions processes from first point of contact with prospective parents to enrolment and beyond are managed in an efficient and highly customer-focused way.
Working as part of a small team, the role is busy, varied and interesting. The ideal candidate will have previous Admissions experience gained within an education environment. In addition to having a confident, friendly and welcoming manner to prospective parents and pupils, they will also need to be well-organised and have a high level of computer literacy. Marketing and/or sales experience is highly desirable.
The role requires good database management experience and the ability to provide reports and recommendations to the College Leadership Team on Admissions numbers and trends. An ability to work flexibly is also required for out of hours and weekend events.
