Lucton School is seeking a full time Admissions Registrar who will play a key role in the recruitment and retention of students.
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the Registry and Admissions process from the point of contact with prospective parents to enrolment and beyond are managed in an efficient and highly customer focused way.
Working as part of a small team the role is busy, varied and interesting, with some trips overseas to recruit students as part of the role (once travel restrictions permit). The ideal candidate will have previous Admissions experience gained within an education environment, with a strong background in customer facing and sales roles. They will need to be well organised and have an attention for detail, in addition to having a confident, friendly and welcoming manner.
