Alumni Relations Officer

We are seeking to appoint an Alumni Relations Officer who will play a key role in our Office of Development and Alumni Relations, as the first point of contact for our global network of alumni,
friends and donors, The Columban Network.

It is a very active body with nearly 11,000 members. More than 6,000 of those are former pupils, the Old Columbans (OCs).

We organise a full programme of social and networking events throughout the year, plus lots of volunteering opportunities. These are supported by website content, e-newsletters and lots of
social media activity on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

Working as part of a small, friendly team, the role is busy, varied and interesting. Reporting to the Director of Communications, Admissions and Development, the ideal candidate will be
well-organised, with excellent communications skills and a high level of computer literacy.

An ability to work flexibly is also required for some out of hours and weekend events.
