Alumni Relations Officer
Part time (2 days) / Year Round
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Admissions, the Alumni Relations Officer will be responsible for expanding and developing the School’s alumni relations programme in order to strengthen relationships between the School and its alumni, including former pupils from Harrogate Ladies’ College and Highfield Prep School.
The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator who is organised, reliable, creative and driven. This end-to-end role requires both strategic thinking to develop the Alumni Relations plan and the practical skills to implement it. Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector would be beneficial.
The role is 2 days a week (8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm to suit). Working days to suit the successful candidate. There is also flexibility for the successful candidate to spread the hours (16 hours per week in total), over more than 2 days if required (eg. 4 half days).
