We are looking for Area Managers across the UK. We are targeting these three key regions: East Sussex, Oxfordshire/Gloucestershire and the Taunton area. However, we are interested in talking to you if you are interested in the role elsewhere in the UK

• recruit hosts to support international pupils when out of school
• support the pupils schooling in your area

It’s all about support, shared values and matching.

As Area Manager, our friendly head office team will assist you to provide the local support for our international pupils aged 8 – l 8 studying at boarding schools near you, ensuring they are Safe, Happy and Successful. You will be responsible for recruiting hosts in your local area and managing them when they welcome pupils into their homes during holidays from school. The role also includes Parent Meeting attendance and reporting; managing local transfer and hosting; pastoral support; and being the first response in an emergency. You’ll be part of a strong team putting our international pupils’ welfare first – caring for them as if they’re our own children.

You must be flexible, compassionate and professional and share our values.

You will understand the independent school sector and possibly have international experience yourself.
