Assistant Registrar

Required from: September 2021

Contract term: Permanent

Hours: Part-time 0.8, all year round

Salary: FTE £22,095 – £28,656 (pro-rata £17,676 – £22,924)                 

An exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant Registrar to work with the Registrar to implement a continued growth strategy and tactical approach that ensures the attraction, recruitment and retention of students.

The role will involve responsibility for the Junior School admissions process for prospective pupils to ensure that all enquirers and applicants receive an individual, warm and positive impression of the school.  Additional duties include leading on the quality and organisation of Junior admissions events, ensuring they fulfil the aims and objectives of the marketing and PR plans.

You will need excellent interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills, with a flexible and pro-active approach, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will have a good knowledge of office management processes and an understanding of the principles of marketing.

Marketing & Admissions Department

The Marketing and Admissions Team is involved in all aspects of school life, ensuring that the school’s excellent reputation is maintained publicly and that our unique school environment selling points, educational offer and students’ achievements are widely publicised through various media channels and brought to life through events for prospective families, in order to raise the school’s profile and aid recruitment and retention of students. We also manage Alumnae Engagement and development, helping students to stay connected to our school when they leave us.
