One of the UK’s leading independent schools, Clifton College is seeking to appoint a Cross College Registrar to lead an exciting and ambitious phase of growth. The Cross College Registrar will deliver a new programme of pupil recruitment and retention plan to ensure that the College’s admissions targets are met.
In this new role, the Cross College Registrar will be responsible for managing the College’s admissions process to achieve agreed targets of enquiries, visits, registrations and joiners, and ensure that the maximum retention of pupils is achieved at key transition points.
You will deliver against a proven track record of securing significant growth and maintenance of pupil numbers in the Independent school sector, or a similar industry, and will be expected to deliver against financial and pupil number targets.
The Cross-College Admissions team plays a crucial role at the heart of the College. You will have a pivotal role in managing and delivering our Admissions strategy and ensuring we meet our pupil recruitment objectives.
You will have overall responsibility for the administrative record management for all of our pupils from point of entry throughout their time at the College.
Leading the Cross-College Admissions team, you will drive forward best practise, lead with integrity and will collaborate effectively with academic staff and other key stakeholders across the College.
With a proven ability to balance regulatory compliance with the needs of the customer, you will play an instrumental role in helping the College deliver a compelling customer experience for current and prospective pupils and parents.
This is a full time, permanent role and the rate of pay is £42,000 per annum.
