Deputy Admissions Manager

Full-time Permanent Role
40 hours per week Monday-Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1-hour lunch break

Lancing College is looking for a Deputy Admissions Manager to join our hard-working, customer- focused, and supportive team. We are keen to recruit someone who shares the same commitment and enthusiasm as we do, who takes pride in their work and who will enjoy the challenges of a busy office.

The Admissions team is responsible for the pupil recruitment and selection process for boarding and day boys and girls at 13+ and 16+. The department manages many enquiries and visits to the College and the Deputy Admissions Manager will be involved in the process at all levels, from initial enquiry to final admission.

In our fast-paced environment the candidate will need to have excellent time management and administrative skills and be able to prioritise tasks effectively. In everything we do each team member needs to perform to the highest of standards in terms of work ethic, personable skills, accuracy, organisational skills.

The ideal candidate may have had a similar role in a school or administrative/customer focused experience in another industry such as sales or events management.
