FULL TIME TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
An exciting opportunity to join our busy, friendly and high-performing Admissions team. Excellent communication, customer service and IT skills are essential.
At Hampton, we constantly strive to deliver a welcoming, caring and personal approach to our School admissions process reflecting the values of the School. Great emphasis is placed on delivering the highest levels of communication and customer service for our prospective families embracing technology to support our role.
Working closely with the Head of Admissions & Marketing, the Deputy Admissions Manager, will play a key role in supporting the recruitment of pupils to Hampton – with primary responsibility for the delivery of a warm, welcoming and efficient admissions process from initial enquiry through to pupils joining the School. You will be expected to build and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external, including prospective families and feeder schools.
Hampton is one of the country’s foremost independent schools and is rated ‘exceptional’ by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) for pupils’ achievements and learning. Inspectors also praised the School for fostering a culture “in which the individual matters and everyone’s contribution is valued.” Equality, diversity and inclusion are fundamental to our ethos and the School has a thriving partnerships programme.
The successful candidate will be an excellent team player and understand the value of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication, organisational and IT skills and an attention to detail are essential. This is a full-time, year-round role based at Hampton School – the possibility of some flexible, hybrid working and time off in lieu arrangements may be discussed with the successful candidate. A suitably attractive benefits package will be offered, including a salary commensurate with skills and experience. Applicants are invited to contact Dorothy Jones (Head of Admissions & Marketing ) or Lisa Craddock (Head of HR) in confidence to discuss the post.
The School reserves the right to commence or complete the interview process at any time prior to the closing date.
