DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS AND EVENTS OFFICER

(Development and Alumni Relations)

 The Development and Alumni Relations (OA Club) Department at Abingdon School is a busy, friendly team of five.  The OA Club provides a lifelong network for our global alumni community, helping them to connect with one another, access career support, a wide-ranging events programme and to give back to the School.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic candidate with strong communications, digital, and social media management skills and some experience of event management.  The ideal applicant will have excellent communication and prioritisation skills with a proven track record in growing online communities, writing and designing engaging editorial and will enjoy cultivating key relationships with our alumni (Old Abingdonians) and wider school community.

Although the role is envisaged to work full time all year round, we are happy to consider requests for flexible working.  Some work from home is also permitted.
