With high and rising levels of demand for places at College from within the UK as well as from abroad, the Director of Admissions is a crucial role.

You will be highly proficient in leading a team to successfully recruit able girls with the potential to flourish at College, and whose families are aligned with the values embodied by College’s ethos and vision for education. As a member of the Leadership Team reporting directly to the Principal, you will ensure that the central strategies for College are reflected in the work and processes of the Admissions department.

A sound knowledge of the academic programmes offered by CLC will be expected, as well as an understanding of the challenges and opportunities for international and domestic recruitment.
