Director of Admissions

Ashville College, Harrogate, is looking to appoint a Director of Admissions to provide strategic leadership for the Admissions Department.

The role is to ensure Ashville College meets its targets for new pupil enrolment by effectively managing the Admissions function across the school, for all ages from 2-18.

This is a full time, full year role working 40 hours per week. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading a team to meet sales targets in the education sector, excellent understanding of pupil recruitment in the independent school recruitment sector, proven ability to engage customers and make high-value sales and excellent organisational, written and spoken communication skills.
