The position of Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications at St Jo’s represents an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the school’s strategic focus from Prep across to Sixth Form and including UK and international Boarding. The post holder will provide strategic planning and leadership in each of the areas named in the job title and will line-manage the admissions, marketing and communications team.
The post holder will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of a strategic development plan and for ensuring that the following strands are brought together under one umbrella: Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Events and Alumni.
The successful candidate will report to the Principal and will possess strong leadership skills, be an excellent communicator with proven relationship building qualities, have the ability to prioritise and plan a busy workload and have outstanding analytical skills together with an ability to inspire confidence and respect from a wide range of stakeholders.
