Director of Admissions, Marketing & Communications

We are looking to appoint a Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications who will provide inspiring and strategic leadership for the next phase of the School’s development. This is an exciting opportunity to take overall responsibility for developing and delivering outstanding admissions, marketing and communication strategies together with building and maintaining excellent relationships, globally, with all key stakeholders.
Applicants must have a clear appreciation of the Kingswood ethos. There is a uniqueness to the School and the post holder must be able to communicate the essence of what it means to be part of this special community to a wide audience.
This post will most likely be suited to an experienced professional from the independent education sector, who combines demonstrable team management and leadership skills with an extensive marketing and/or an international recruitment background. Alternatively the role might suit an exceptional individual with commercial experience gained outside the sector with an instinctive feel for the School’s customers and their needs, bringing with them the qualities and skills to undertake this complex and exciting job.
Founded by John Wesley in 1748, the School is situated on a magnificent 200-acre site in Lansdown in the world-class city of Bath.
