Ardingly College is a leading independent, co-educational day and boarding school for over 1000 boys and girls aged 2-18 years. Situated on a stunning campus in the beautiful Sussex countryside, the College benefits from easy rail access to the vibrant city of Brighton and just 45 minutes to Central London.
This ambitious and forward-looking school is seeking to appoint a Director of Communications and Marketing to provide strategic direction and inspired leadership for the school’s communications and marketing activities. It is a pivotal new role, reporting directly to the Head of College, and part of the College Executive Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional to take a lead role in implementing a new vision for the future of the College. The Director of Communications and Marketing will be responsible for developing a school-wide strategy for communications and marketing and managing a cohesive programme of internal and external communications to engage and inspire a diverse community of stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative communicator and an engaging storyteller, who is keen to embrace Ardingly life, build a powerful brand and craft a compelling narrative for its unique World Ready™ proposition. Prior professional experience in a school environment is not essential.
