Director of Development
The Headmaster and Governors of Ludgrove School are seeking to appoint a dynamic Director of Development to take the lead in the development and implementation of our fundraising activities.
The main purpose of the role will be to focus specifically on potential major donors, develop a sustainable pipeline of major gifts to provide full or partial financing for significant capital projects with a view to enhancing the boys’ Ludgrove experience as well as building a fund with The Ludgrove Foundation for the provision of bursaries.
Ludgrove is a thriving fortnightly boarding school for boys age 8 to 13, which sits in 130 acres of spectacular grounds and it is a magical place to spend five years of childhood. Since its foundation in 1892, Ludgrove has been ambitious for every boy and is proud of its strong academic record. The boys have a wealth of opportunities: a stimulating curriculum, exceptional facilities and a vibrant extracurricular programme with exposure to music, drama, sport and art.
This is a full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience and suitability for the role.
