Director of Marketing and Admissions

Independent schools for girls and boys aged 3-18

FOUNDATION DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND ADMISSIONS

Salary: highly competitive, depending upon skills and experience

The Warwick Schools Foundation (The Foundation) proudly educates girls and boys from 3-18 years of age and is one of the largest independent school charities in the country, with some 2,900 pupils and 1,200 staff. The Foundation is looking to appoint a high calibre Director of Marketing and Admissions to take the lead across its five schools, in further developing, implementing and managing the Foundation’s marketing and admissions strategies, and the wider activities of the charity.

The Foundation’s historic schools are Warwick Preparatory School and the King’s High School, which operate as a through-school for girls with a co-educational Pre-Prep, and Warwick Junior School and Warwick School, which operate as a through-school for boys. These exceptional schools are located on the Foundation’s beautiful 55-acre site in Warwick. In 2021, The Kingsley School joined the family of schools and continues to operate from its site in Leamington Spa. Kingsley is an established and highly regarded school for around 300 girls (3-18) and boys (3-11).

Reporting to the Foundation Principal, this is a senior and highly valued role which works in close partnership with the five heads and the Foundation Bursar. The new post holder will provide outstanding strategic direction and inspiring leadership to a team of sixteen members of staff across the two campuses.

We are looking for a senior marketer who has significant leadership experience with a demonstrable track record in building relationships with and influencing internal and external stakeholders, gained inside or outside the education sector. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive but calm approach are also fundamental to this role.
