Director of Marketing and Communications
We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional with a positive outlook and outstanding communication skills to join our award-winning team as Director of Marketing and Communications. Working closely with the Headmaster, Bursar and Senior Management Team, the post holder will be responsible for providing strategic direction and inspiring leadership for the school’s marketing activities. Previous experience of working in a school is not essential, although a commitment to and understanding of the independent sector is; the post holder must be able to clearly articulate the benefits of a Perrott Hill education to all stakeholders.
This is a full-time position (all year round) with normal working hours of 0830-1700 Monday to Friday, although a flexible approach to working hours is required for this role. Some evening and weekend work is required to cover school events, for which time off will be given in lieu. The post holder will receive 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, and flexible working requests may be considered for the right candidate; please state any such requests clearly on your application.
