Freelance Publication Editor

Wycliffe is a day and boarding school of approximately 620 girls and boys aged between 3 and 19 years old. Settled beside Stonehouse, and five miles from Stroud in Gloucestershire, the Prep School campus and Senior School campus are on separate sites but only two minutes by car.
The Marketing Team are looking for a freelance editor to create two annual school publications and the termly newsletter (produced three times a year). This role is needed for approximately 50 days in a year and would be home-based with occasional visits into school.
This is project-based work and would suit someone who has a flair for copy-writing, is tenacious in tracking down good stories, enjoys directing page layout and design, works well with a variety of people, and adheres to deadlines.
