Full Time Communications & Admissions Officer (Registrar)
Full time: 52 weeks per year 40 hours per week
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,208 per annum

Bilton Grange is a happy, flourishing and successful boarding and day Prep School set in 90 acres of beautiful grounds just south of Rugby. There are over 300 boys and girls in the school aged between 3 and 13 and an exciting new chapter in the school’s distinguished history is evolving, following the recent announcement of our imminent merger with Rugby School.

The Communications and Admissions Officer will provide a warm welcome and be the first and primary point of contact for prospective parents of the School. In this externally facing role the individual will be dynamic, energetic and engaging whilst also able to be discreet and maintain confidentiality. A key requirement of this role is to be able to engage with a wide variety of people both internally at the School and externally. The Communications and Admissions Officer will take responsibility for the admissions process throughout the school. Direct experience of a similar role is ideal but not necessary; but an understanding of how independent schools operate, is essential. The appointed candidate will be part of a supportive team.
