Competitive Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience

Denstone College wish to provide an opportunity for an inspirational Head of Admissions to join our team and be responsible for development and implementation of the admissions strategy for the College and Prep School, supporting in all aspects of admissions.

Denstone College and The Prep at Denstone College are a leading independent school in rural Staffordshire. Beginning life as a school in 1873, Denstone College is a thriving, co-educational boarding and day school, situated close to Uttoxeter. We have our own preparatory school, which has recently moved onto the main campus, providing continuous education on the same site for pupils aged from 4–18. The school is part of the Woodard Corporation, and the Head is in membership of HMC.

The successful candidate will:

– Represent the College at key events for prospective and existing pupils, including evenings and weekends, where necessary
– Ensure the department stays up to date with best practice and new innovative processes to provide the best admissions process possible
– Have leadership experience in an admissions role
– Have experience of developing and implementing strategies
– Have the ability to deliver an outstanding level of customer service
– Have experience of database management/processing
